Statutory Rights

All statements, guarantees or warranties in our terms of trading are additional to and do not affect your statutory rights.

Guarantees

All items supplied are covered by the manufacturer's own warranty.

Ordering

Orders can be made via the website or by telephone.

You will be advised if your order is subject to a delay in delivery.

We reserve the right to seek verification of your delivery address and particulars prior to shipping.

Your order details and personal information are stored safely and securely.

Shipping Goods

We aim to dispatch all orders received by 1pm Monday - Friday the same day.

Goods can be shipped to alternative addresses, subject to our approval. 

Orders stated as Free P&P will be sent by Royal Mail 2nd Class post, Orders were postage is charged will also be sent by Royal Mail 2nd Class post. We reserve the right to use a courier to fulfil your order.

Orders sent via carrier must be signed for upon receipt, unless alternative arrangements have been made.

Delivery instructions are at the discretion of the driver.

Value Added TAX (VAT)

Prices quoted contain VAT (at the time of writing 20%).

Additional Security

To ensure your safety and security we may require additional identification when processing telephone orders where credit/debit cards are used for payment. You wil be advised at the time of ordering what information we may require.

  We reserve the right to hold goods until we can be assured that no fraud has occurred.
  This should not be taken as any indication as to the financial standing or credit-
  worthiness of the customer.

Online payments are processed over a encrypted secure connection to protect your payment details. Your details are not stored on our website at any point and are not available to our staff.

Sales & Returns

  • Goods are offered subject to being unsold and new.
  • You will be advised of any goods that are not available, along with suggested alternatives.
  • Goods remain the property of Mag-Nutrition until paid for.
  • We reserve the right to modify prices and specification.
  • Prices may change and depend on currency fluctuations.
  • Any price change will be advised prior to charging.
  • In accordance with the consumer protection "Distance Selling" regulations, you have the right to a cooling off period. Goods may be returned to Mag-Nutrition (In the condition which they were received) from the day the contract is concluded (when you placed your order) until 14 working days after the goods have been received by you.
  • All returns are at the senders cost and risk. We strongly recommend that you use registered mail or equivalent and take out suitable insurance to cover your return.
  • Refunds will take place within 30 days of cancellation.
  • Errors and omissions excepted

Our system for handling complaints is as follows:
FAIR - Our overriding concern will be to achieve your complete satisfaction within the fasted timescale.
CONFIDENTIAL - Your complaint will be kept inhouse and not divulged to 3rd parties.
EFFECTIVE - We are committed to solving any issues that may occur as quickly and simply as possible.
INFORMATIVE - We will keep you fully informed of progress.
